The book, Collage Quilter - Essentials for Success with Collage Quilts is well written and full of photos and helpful instruction on creating collage quilts. I had made several collages based on Emily Taylor's videos, but this book filled in the gaps in my knowledge and helped me to expand my skills and improve my collages. I would highly recommend it for collage quilters from beginner to intermediate levels.

If you have no art background, but want to try collages this book is a must have. It is so inspiring and very informative. The patterns included in the book and the step by step instructions and pictures of works in progress build confidence. I love this book!

Collage quilting has been something that I’ve always wanted to learn. The collage quilter has so many wonderful and beautiful projects to work on. I fell in love with the roosters! I ordered the panels for each rooster. They shipped and arrived fast. Thank you for getting them to me so quickly. I plan to retire this coming year, and this will be one of the projects I will be working on.

I have been a fan of Emily from the beginning, so already had this book but the 1st edition. I finally broke down and replaced it with the 2nd edition, so I could make the parrots & tea pots & cups some day. Plus she added a lot of additional information about tecnique & finishing. This edition offers all you need to know about being successful in your collages. It's a great value for sure.

I understand that quilting is all about making money and building your brand. I am disappointed in the book as I have tried to reach you. I do portraits and needed some guidance and more clarification since the book was not what I thought. Also the chapter on color was not enough information or examples given to fully understand the process.
