Mini Star Quilt
Using the Garden Party Panels
I adore traditional star quilts! And I enjoy crafting a small collage that can be incorporated into a larger pieced quilt! So it's only fitting that I would delight in merging the two to produce a vibrant star quilt in the style of a timeless barn quilt, and my Garden Party panels make the center of the star quilt shine! Just as much fun as creating the collage, is the piecing.
Here are the details to know if you'd like to make this project...
Fabric Requirements:
• One Garden Party Kit of choice (includes block for center of star, fabric for collage and pattern for collage)
• ¼ yard of fabric for star points
• ¼ yard of coordinating fabric for corner blocks
• ¼ yard of coordinating fabric for alternating background of star
• ¼ yard of coordinating fabric for alternating background of star
• ⅛ yard of coordinating fabric for corner block
• ⅛ yard of coordinating fabric for corner block
Additional Supplies Required for Making Collage
• Parchment paper
• Lite Steam a Seam 2
• Fabric scissors
• Mini wand iron
• Pins, pencil
