Pattern Information
To receive the free downloadable pattern, sign up for our newsletter HERE.
Once you subscribe, the pattern will be automatically sent to your email inbox. If you can't find it, do a search through your junk or promotions folder. We promise it's there!
Foundation panel patterns contain a cotton panel with the design pre-printed onto the fabric. The pre-printed foundation panel acts as your guide for fabric placement, and you apply your fabric directly onto the panel, this then becomes your quilt top.
*There is no need to use the parchment pressing method on this type of pattern*
Parchment pressing patterns include the gray tone design printed on paper. You will then trace the design onto parchment paper and build your collage directly onto the parchment paper with fabric prepared with Lite Steam a Seam II. Once your collage is finished, you'll peel off the collage from the parchment paper like a sticker and apply it to your background fabric.

When you purchase a downloadable pattern, you will be provided a link to download in two places. The first location is directly after the purchase of the pattern on our website, once your order is confirmed. There will be a button that says "Download Now." The second location is in your email. You will be sent an automatic email thanking you for your purchase which also contains the link to download the pattern.
You can download from either of these two locations, and we highly recommend downloading the pattern to your computer instead of your phone. Once you click download, the pattern will be sent to your downloads file on your computer. From there, you can open up the file and print the pattern.
Please understand that we are unable to assist in any technical issues, aside from resending the downloadable pattern if needed.
Not every pattern is compatible as a digital pattern. This is because some patterns, like the Horse for example, is an extremely intricate and complicated design that would not translate well as a download. Additionally, some physical patterns are so large that you would wind up with 50+ pieces of paper once you print. We try to make as many of our physical patterns available as downloads, but there a few that simply don't work well.
Shipping & Returns
Once your order ships, you will be sent an automatic email that confirms your order has shipped and includes a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking info in the email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting your order history.
We know how frustrating inaccurate tracking information can be! Oftentimes USPS provides premature tracking information when your order is actually still en route. Your order will most likely be delivered within a few days, but if you haven't received your order after two weeks of the original delivery date, please contact us and we will send you a replacement. Thank you for your patience!
We completely understand and share in your frustrations. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping rates but we do try to minimize costs through how your order is packaged.
In an effort to accommodate our international customers, you can find the majority of our physical patterns available as downloads HERE
We allow returns on orders placed within 30 days. Products must be unopened and unused. To initiate a return, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
Downloadable patterns are non-refundable.
Getting Started with Collage
We have an abundance of resources to help you get started! Check out or complete list of Collage Quilter ResourcesHERE
Collage quilting requires a few essential supplies. To get started, you'll need a great pair of fabric scissors. My favorite scissors are the Karen Kay Buckley Perfect 6" scissors.
You'll also need an adhesive. My preferred method of adhesion is Lite Steam a Seam II, and it's required for any of my parchment pressing patterns.
Speaking of parchment pressing patterns, you'll need parchment paper (baking paper). I have found that Reynolds brand works the best. Do not get freezer paper confused with parchment paper!
Lastly, you'll need a good iron. I love my Clover Mini Wand Iron to use while I collage, but you'll also need a good steam iron for pressing your collage once it's finished.
