Collage Quilter Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help.

Physical products (kits, books, printed patterns, supplies)
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email us at Emily@CollageQuilter.com first for a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days of receiving the return.

Items we can’t accept back

• Digital patterns, downloads and videos: non-refundable once delivered. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us and we’ll fix it.
• Cut fabric and opened or used kits: fabric cut to order and kits that have been opened, assembled or started can’t be resold. 
• Clearance and final-sale items: marked as final sale at checkout.
• Block of the Month programs: see the separate Block of the Month policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund your purchase, including shipping, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 30 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, since we can’t cover packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an unused item for another item of equal value within 30 days. Contact us to arrange it.

Orders placed in error or cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

International orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes. Duties and taxes paid on the original order aren’t refundable by us.
