Someone asked me to make a crow quilt for a pianist who loves crows. This is my second collage project. I really like these directions better than the Laura Heine pattern. I'm looking forward to making more patterns from this book!

I now have all your books, I think, and am going to be exploring collage. I have done a fair amount of needle turn applique but the arthritis in my hands is forcing me to go a different route - I think this will be it. I truly enjoy your videos and am looking forward to beginning. My first piece will be "Garden Party", just the bee, the butterfly and the hummingbird as a runner. I have prepared the backgrounds, and will be using the steam=a=seam on my fabrics. I've also purchased from you the Petit Rouge Roosters kit and just received that yesterday. It is GORGEOUS!
