Loved working with this pattern. Emily‘s design is very striking. As I was working on mine, I ended up going a little more realistic with the eagle. I love that I was able to combine Emily’s style of fabric collage in the red white and blue shield, with the feather like fabrics for the eagle and it still make it look good.
This was my first experience with a collage quilt, and I’m very happy with how it turned out! The videos are extremely well done and helpful.
